Is the Beacon waterproof?
No, the Beacon is actually water resistant - IPX6 to be exact. A little rain, cool. A splash from a can of something tasty, no biggie. Just don’t go throwing the Beacon into the lake after a bad shot.
How durable is the Beacon?
The Beacon passes the 1.2 meter drop test, you can just take our word for it. But bottom line is it’s pretty tough!
I'm having trouble connecting my phone to a speaker or headphones, what do you recommend I do?
First, you need to put our product into pairing mode. Press and hold the power button for 6-8 seconds when you turn it on from the off position until the voice says “Power on, pairing.” (Product specific details on that can be found in the product's manual.)
Then you search for Bluetooth devices on your phone.
When you see the X18, connect to it. If you still have problems, contact us. We’ll help you out.
What is your return policy?
If you bought the product directly from X18golf.com and you’re unhappy with your X18 product for any reason, you can send it back to us for a full refund less shipping anytime up to 30 days after purchase. If you bought one of our products from a retailer or pro shop, please return your product directly with them.
